Orthodontist

Dr. Susan Rodis has been providing excellent orthodontic care since 1991. She received her Dental and Orthodontic education at Tufts University. She has maintained memberships in a number of organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, Northeast Society of Orthodontists, New York State Dental Society, and the Nassau County Dental Society. Dr. Rodis is a certified specialist in Invisalign technology. Dr. Rodis is dedicated to providing quality orthodontic care to all her patients.

Andrea
Garden City Office Manager

Creating and maintaining one of the largest and most outstanding single-clinician orthodontic practices nationwide is no easy feat. Andrea’s 10+ years of management experience prior to joining Dr. Emma’s team in 1998, enabled her to work closely with the doctor to do just that.

Andrea is a multi-talented member of Dr. Emma’s committed team, wearing many hats with knowledge galore. Her enthusiasm and love for her patients shine through as she educates them about the choices available in today’s orthodontics. “From Phase I intervention to Invisalign—Dr. Emma provides extraordinary orthodontic results! Seeing patients from 5 to 75 and making a difference in their lives is one of most rewarding things I’ve ever been a part of!”

Andrea and her husband John have two children, Johnny and Janine. Andrea enjoys going to the beach for a relaxing afternoon. In her spare time, she loves to shop.

Paola
Baldwin Office Manager

An addition to Dr. Emma’s team, Paola brings her knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendliness to patients and her co-workers. “What I enjoy most is Dr. Emma’s ability to give each patient a beautiful and successful smile. I feel that beauty begins with a smile.”

Paola’s passion is her two children, Tatiana and Danny. If she’s not at a soccer tournament with her son, she is at the mall with her daughter enjoying quality time together. Paola enjoys working out and dedicating her free time to her children.

Kathy
Administrative Assistant

Kathy brings her many years of experience in managing orthodontic offices to greet patients and facilitate their treatment scheduling. Her cheerfulness is something everyone enjoys!

Kathy is an avid golfer and loves to travel with her husband Bob.

Mary Beth
Insurance Benefit Coordinator

Mary Beth is a multi-tasker and has quickly become the go-to person for answers. Mary Beth has years of expertise in Invisalign education and has implemented efficient practice management techniques to assist our patients daily.

Mary Beth and her husband, Bob, have four children Bobby, Kevin, Allison and Kelly who keep them constantly on the go. When not driving her children to athletic events and band concerts, she enjoys kayaking, skiing and the great outdoors.

Isabel
Clinical Assistant/Lab Supervisor

Isabel offers each patient a bright smile and encouraging conversation. She loves seeing the changes in teeth, in the smiles, and also in the overall self-esteem of the patients.

Isabel, a retired NYPD detective, helps keep things running smoothly in the clinic… in a very quiet, unassuming way. Soft-spoken and gentle, she is a favorite of many of Dr. Emma’s patients. “My co-workers are so supportive and team oriented… and of course, a great boss makes orthodontics a great second profession!”

Isabel is a family-oriented woman who enjoys spending time with her mother, three sisters, nieces and nephews each weekend. She enjoys long walks on the beach and entertaining friends.
